What a collaboration!  Carl Weber is best known for “The Preacher’s Son” and “Married Men” and Mary B. Morrison is best known for “He’s Just A Friend” and “Never Again Once More.” The two bestselling authors have put their heads together and come up with another bestseller, “She Ain’t The One.”

“She Ain’t the One” tells of Jay and Ashlee, both on the rebound from relationships gone bad.  Jay thinks he is ready for a new “challenge.” The two meet, enjoy sex together and a relationship flourishes.  But Jay does not see something his friends glean very early on in their relationship—Ashlee has issues.

When Jay finally smells the coffee, it might be a little too late because Ashlee does not plan on letting him go. In fact, if she can’t have him, no one else will.

Ashlee shows the level of her mental defect as she sets Jay up and causes him more pain and anguish than he ever imagined—and just when it appeared he would be building a future with his child and his child’s mother—his life changes and he finds himself incarcerated.
What a twist! 

Mr. Weber and Ms. Morrison have laid the stage for a sequel. Readers will be anxious to find out if Ashlee gets what she deserves and if Jay will finally be happy and free.
