This is not your typical health book. In this novel, “Imagine Living Healthier: Mind, Body, and Soul—Discover the Power of a Lifestyle Makeover,” the fitness coach introduces charac- ters who discuss their health issues.

You’ll learn about Sarah, Suzanne and Todd who, for one reason or another, have not made the correct choices and find themselves battling some serious problems.

Interestingly, lack of knowledge is definitely not the reason they are not doing what is necessary. Deep inside, just as is the case with many of the readers, they know what their issues are. Because of insecu- rities, betrayal, fear and a number of other issues they are neglecting their health.

Ms. Collins’ character, Trevor MacElroy, a fitness consultant, provides solutions for many of the issues that the three have been unsuccessful in overcom- ing.

By reading of Sarah, Suzanne and Todd’s “battles”, readers will be empowered as they recognize themselves in many instances.

The acknowl- edgements that help the trio will also help readers focus on their health concerns, especially if stress is a major source.

Through Trevor, Ms. Collins shares her extensive knowledge gained as a certified personal trainer to help readers gain a better understanding of how stress and other issues can destroy you.

An avid runner and health coach, Ms. Collins’ passion for healthy living is clear as she offers solutions and provides invaluable information that is well- researched and interest- ingly presented.
